I made an error when placing my order and was so impressed with how quickly Alejandro from Wordans helped me to correct this. He was so pleasant on the phone and promptly followed up with an email explaining the process. Alejandro is exactly the type of representative that I love working with in the customer service industry. Thank you for making this such an easy experience.

Loved everything that came which included hoodies, sweats, basketball shorts, and a long sleeve. Took 2 packages but both came within 3 days of each other, so lovely. Everything was right and perfect! The box was a little beat up but I'm thinking that was the post office, oh whale it's the just box not their fault. But recommend getting good basics there

I have enjoyed Gildan products for their quality, colour choices and prices. My recent order did not meet the quality standards I am used to, for example a couple of T shirts had uneven shoulders. After writing to the customer service desk I received a prompt response. Charlie responded and issued me a return label within two days. Great service. Thank you.
Charlie helped resolve any problems i had and was extremely friendly and quick with response. This company definitely passed my expectations.
I am a team manager of a softball team 16 to 18u, and very respected in the softball community as well as the high schools where I coached at, I was very excited to try wardens and happy with their prices in all the other coaches wanted to know how went as well because we're all looking for a change. They have very great prices and at the beginning I had wonderful customer service however it has been 8 months now and I have not received my team jerseys which is when covid started so I gave an extra time and everything I reached out to customer service email phone numbers anything possible. I have three cameras surrounding my house plus a ring doorbell and on the date that they state was shipped there was absolutely no package left I also checked on next door neighbor app just to verify that nobody else received it. After having to explain this to 20 plus parents we had to come up with the money again and go to a local sporting store and get our jerseys for the season which was a lot more money not to mention we were out the money that we spent on ordering jerseys on this website that was never received. I will say they did offer us a gift card in the amount of what was spent however unfortunately with the team that does this no good because number one we are at 18u team we do not need any more jerseys or any more softball stuff for that matter and number two it's pretty hard to split up a gift card amongst the players parents! I am waiting on a reply I really hope that they do what is RIGHT I have been more than patient. If they do it's right I would gladly give a good review as well as do the same for the softball community / baseball because we are always looking for a good honest reliable company that does what's right.
Mig helped me change the address number after I incorrectly entered it. After unsuccessfully reaching their help line by calling. I reluctantly tried the email help. Mig was surprisingly prompt in the response and successfully changed the address. Plus I got the work shirts I needed for half the price of Amazon. Thank you.
I emailed and within 10-15 minutes, I got a phone call from Kay Mig. That was quick. I'm a first time customer and I had a few questions. She was patient and very helpful. I'm glad I found your company. I love the free shipping at $69.
The items were great! I was missing one item but Mig helped me out in no time! Super helpful! Will definitely buy more items in the future :)

Got a phone call from Adiel today as I had some items in my cart & he was just checking in to see if I needed any help. Had a great conversation with him & he was super friendly. I tell you, Texas is definitely missing Adiel today :) Great Job!

It is a SCAM company. Accepts payment never delivers. They steal from customers.
